Interest Chains respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the applicable regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use this website (interestchains.com) or contact us.
Data we collect
The website has no user accounts and no visitor database. The quote request form does not send your data to our servers or store it on the site; it prepares a WhatsApp message containing what you typed (name, company, mobile number, type of need and details), which reaches us only if you press send inside WhatsApp. We also receive whatever you send us directly by WhatsApp, email or phone.
How we use your data
We use what you send to answer your request, prepare a quote, and communicate about the project, its delivery and support. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Tag Manager to load visit measurement tools such as Google Analytics, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject, and no measurement or advertising cookies are stored unless you accept. If you accept, these tools may collect usage data such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type and your approximate location, which Google processes under its own privacy policy. If you reject, Google tools may send anonymous measurement signals without cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, and when you withdraw consent we delete the measurement cookies from your browser. The website also stores on your device only your choice of day or night mode and your cookie choice.
Third-party services
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site. The site fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers. When you use the WhatsApp button or the form you move to WhatsApp, a service owned by Meta, and your message is subject to its privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep your correspondence with us for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete it.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to osama@interestchains.com or emad@interestchains.com.

We may update this policy from time to time; changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
